Pros

Some of the smartest and the most dedicated people I have ever worked with. We are treated like adults and allowed to manage our time as we see fit. The product may not be super sexy, but the technology more than makes up for that. I like that we don't have a review process which is often forced on employees and managers. Its up to me to succeed which I love because I'm not depending on my manager. I own my future at Zapproved.

Cons

There's not a lot of bells and whistles with benefits.
