      Great people, great culture and going places

      Pros

      Great people and culture, everyone is so friendly and welcoming. We have recently separated from the US which now gives us autonomy to make our own decisions. New CEO has come in who is approachable and knows everyone by name. Clear open communication. Things are moving quickly and for the better, Lot's of recruitment and growth. Good benefits including hybrid working

      Cons

      Not for people that don't enjoy a fast paced environment

      Pros

      From my perspective, Zayo Europe is a great place to work if you are proactive, detail-oriented and eager to make an impact. The company has a very collaborative environment and forward-thinking culture. The colleagues and management are always responsive and provide opportunities for development and professional growth. Hybrid working mode works great.

      Cons

      There are no real cons. Zayo is scaling quickly, and with that comes the growing pains of standardizing certain processes. However, the company makes every efforts to improve knowledge sharing and adjust processes as needed.

      Pros

      Great salary, FTO, 401k match, flexible to build my own schedule. Work from out of my home office. Have a great boss who doesn’t mind taking heat if it is something he believes in.

      Cons

      Upper level management not clear about contract negotiations. Stability outlook is not good. I want to be guaranteed that my job is safe and they cannot do that. We just need higher level of transparency. Also, upper management not listening to the guys out there on the ground.
