Coworkers are great and if your lucky so is your boss.

Cons

Everytime they acquire a new company they layoff and now they are laying off more if you cant move to Colorado. People who have years of experience and then are replaced with people that have no experience.

Pros

Because Zayo can be so hostile immediate teams are quite close. It's an art of in-group / out-group creation. The US vs Them is very strong, and this is not a pro by any means, but it will force bonds of kinship in immediate coworkers.

Cons

Don't trust the positive reviews, executives often demand green graduates to write biased reviews to keep the negativity in check and try to drown the poor reviews. Easy to verify as the positive reviews come in waves. Dissent is heavily discouraged and punished at Zayo. The spirit of entrepreneurship is a lie, perhaps the only commonality is constant failure. This not the place for entrepreneurs don't let yourself be ensnared.
