Some good, solid people. Good medical benefits. Can work from home.

Cons

Has lost its way. A lot of the criticisms and pitfalls of the old friend down the road a distant memory. Hypocritical behavior is an understatement.

Thanks for review. All employees are eligible for quarterly bonus once they have worked a FULL quarter. This has always been the case. It is important to note that Zayo's bonus system is quarterly. Most companies have an annual bonus, and you have to wait a long time before being fully eligible. I'm sorry your start date was one week after the quarter.

Pros

The people you work with make any assignment fun. There is always something new and exciting circulating within the organization. Zayo pays for college classes. A very supportive organization, everyone is always there to help when work becomes chaotic.

Cons

Time goes by a little too fast, cannot tell what you happened to October.....
