The People and agile nature of the business

Cons

Senior management and board level seem to be confused as to what direction to take the company. If you are will to put in lots of your own time then you can excel and be rewarded, depending on your point of view this can be seen as a pro or a con. I've seen people being pulled up for leaving the office "on time". I had many commitments out side of work so this culture didn't work for me.

Pros

Great team of people in Europe. Collaborative work environment in amazing office. Strong sense of team working and open access to the local leadership team. A positive outlook ahead for Zayo.

Cons

Not for the faint hearted. It's a hard working environment and isn't for everyone. To be successful you need to be a self starter and open to finding the information you need.
