Pros

The company culture is one of the best you can work in. Company benefits are pretty good and leadership seems to have a good grasp of where the company is headed. Probably the best place I'd worked in for all my 15 years of employment in Bulgaria.

Cons

Still in early stages of development after separation from US. Some things not quite polished yet, but going in the right direction.

The team is amazing. People are super friendly and passionate about their work which makes you feel your work is valuable and appreciated. Management is open, communicative and approachable.

Cons

There isn't too much budget for employee engagement activities.
