      Pros

      Great people and culture, everyone is so friendly and welcoming. We have recently separated from the US which now gives us autonomy to make our own decisions. New CEO has come in who is approachable and knows everyone by name. Clear open communication. Things are moving quickly and for the better, Lot's of recruitment and growth. Good benefits including hybrid working

      Not for people that don't enjoy a fast paced environment

      Pros

      From my perspective, Zayo Europe is a great place to work if you are proactive, detail-oriented and eager to make an impact. The company has a very collaborative environment and forward-thinking culture. The colleagues and management are always responsive and provide opportunities for development and professional growth. Hybrid working mode works great.

      Cons

      There are no real cons. Zayo is scaling quickly, and with that comes the growing pains of standardizing certain processes. However, the company makes every efforts to improve knowledge sharing and adjust processes as needed.

      Pros

      Very good people culture, the colleagues are all amazing, literally 0 toxicity. Management is open, honest and very approachable. Hybrid work model is perfect balance and the office culture is really great and full of events.

      Cons

      Certain teams can be a little short staffed but that has been changing over the last year for the better so not much else to add.
