Pros
- Pay is really good, commission is great, especially for the hunters - Friendly office, depending on your team, there are a lot of socials and people who are friends outside of work - Office location is good
Cons
- Poor training, just a bunch of online videos to watch or late night zooms to attend that aren't helpful - If you are a hunter then you will receive little to no help, you are expected to cold call and email and get meetings from there, very hard to meet your target yet you will be compared to people who have established accounts - There are SEVERAL known members of staff who consistently violate HR rules and yet no one does anything, just tells you to avoid them - You are constantly being monitored for meeting daily/weekly/monthly targets and your effort isn't appreciated, it's all about results
