      Pros

      Such chaos you can skate if you want to. On the government dole, so you can count on money being there. Plenty of people are willing to work themselves to death, so you don't have to, and you shouldn't. Decent Location. Remote work for some.

      Cons

      Like working for the mob... literally. If you're not divorced, you will be soon enough. They hate giving time off. Classic lowballers. Worthless stock, and vesting period is a joke. If you have health issues, count on a long week of work afterwards DC style politics. .

      Burn and Churn. Low Pay relative to Market. Don't be Fooled by Their Success.

      Pros

      Smart people. Doing well in the telecom space. Have a unique position to capture growth.

      Cons

      Burn and churn environment. Too many organizational changes that are ineffective. Unless you are one of the "in" group with former ties to Level 3, you will struggle to move up the ladder. Talk a big game when it comes to promoting from within and providing opportunities, but it is mostly smoke and mirrors. Don't buy it.
