      Pros

      Zayo offers great benefits like additional health insurance, food vouchers, city transportation card, etc. The colleagues are fun, easy to work with. The office location is easily accesible by bus or subway. Overall, it is a great company to work for.

      Cons

      As every company, Zayo has its cons. For the people without a car, there are city transportation card, but for the people with a car there are no parking spaces provided or a monthly fuel allowance. Some of the managers can be hard to work with.

      Pros

      The company culture is one of the best you can work in. Company benefits are pretty good and leadership seems to have a good grasp of where the company is headed. Probably the best place I'd worked in for all my 15 years of employment in Bulgaria.

      Cons

      Still in early stages of development after separation from US. Some things not quite polished yet, but going in the right direction.
