      Collaborative, detail oriented engineering culture

      Pros

      Everyone I interacted with throughout the engineering organization was willing to give their time to help their colleagues out. The team members were all passionate about their work and took personal pride/ownership in the results they delivered.

      Cons

      There were limited options for mobility within the company. Many other large firms do encourage their employees to switch divisions every few years. Performance reviews are quarterly or yearly. Having regular feedback would better ensure employee output is aligned with expectations.
