The benefits are quite good including the bonus if the company is meeting targets

Cons

Titles are very confusing and stuck from the bar code days. After several acquisitions in the SaaS space, software firm marketing/pr employees of previous firms were rolled into the existing team which was full of favoritism for those "legacy" employees. Very toxic work environment, even working remotely.

Zebra Technologies is a wonderful place to work! There are many great cross functional teams and excellent people to work with. They foster and encourage team work and collaboration. The projects are both mentally stimulating and personally rewarding. The client base and suppliers are also always great to work with! Bosses care about your goals and performance and there is strong Senior leadership team and great benefits all around!
