Zebra is a fantastic place to work. Great benefits, great culture, and great people I still call friends after leaving

Lack of upward mobility because leadership rarely shifts or leaves because of the pros above. You'll be able to climb the individual contributor ladder, but there is a bottleneck at management as most managers and directors have been there for over a decade and don't plan on leaving
