      This job made me never want to work in manufacturing ever again.

      Pros

      -Will work you hard -insurance -Friendly coworkers -You get to work with heavy equipment

      Cons

      -Micromanaging -management is out of touch  -Periodically didn't feel safe -seniority had little to no job security on the factory floor -increased performance would set back any potential for growth, -promotions came with the price of being taken advantage of -favoritism amongst employees -Periodically didn't feel safe and harassment reports were not taken seriously -Was told college accommodations were given, only for my college schedule to not be considered -drastically underpaid and overworked -will be asked to go to your work station BEFORE you clock in. Disapproval is voiced otherwise -bathroom breaks are looked down upon -Air conditioning is weak, and work conditions can be sweltering

      Advancement and opportunity limited to "club" members. Process bound and slow to adapt. Over emphasis on diversity is actually exclusive. Politics trumps performance
