It will get you shredded to move forward to another company.
Cons
They will always try to manipulate you to get paid less with more tasks to do specially if you work with the American side or in APAC in that case you will have to work two time zones. it's not a friendly environment for family's they won't look after you if you had a new born and you have to go to the work as a male it was almost impossible to take care of my child and my family with 14 days paternity leave unlike the rest of the companies they do offer 3 months paid parental leave as a benefit. 0 benefits basically no bonuses nor profit share it's just your salary.
