      Pros

      Excellent benefits, vacation time, salary. Also, it's great providing support to our service members. Very professional company. The CEO has a great deal of integrity, cares about his company and his people.

      Cons

      Could easily burn out. Very high case load. Even though you are hired as a clinical counselor, you will do a significant amount of case management related to incidents of DV. Some of the management have the expectation that a certain percentage of the counselors will burn out and they'll simply hire new people. Doesn't make you feel highly valued, but easily replaced.

      Serving he US Military and or The National Guard population.

      Cons

      Low Salary Keep the customer satisfied which is the Office of the Secretary of Defense. Intense reporting to keep the contractor happy. Little to no continuing education HR not allowed to assist employees, they postition the office as under authority of one's manager. Treated like a commodity and not a human

      Non stop call center environment. Not really career advising more about following a script.

      Work from home and nice coworkers who are helpful when they have time to help.

      Cons

      Non stop call center environment. Have to follow a script. Websites constantly not working. Can't get off for holidays. Monitoring your every move.
