      Great company to work for!

      Pros

      This was my first experience working as a contractor and it was amazing. I was proud to work for this company, they appreciate their employees, the rate of pay met the number of years of experience, benefits were amazingly great and they were willing to invest in our training and licensure. This is by far the best government contractor I've seen thus far!

      Cons

      The only con is the fact that the lost the government contract to a company (AFSC) that severly underbid and won the contract. The difference in contractors is drastic - no one can compete with Zeiders. Benefits became crap and a ton of turnover is now taking place.

      Pros

      Zeiders is dedicated to their mission and also focused on their employees. They were generous with their benefit offerings and pay increases. Responsive human resource team.

      Cons

      Recently lost their Navy contract to a low bidder. Unfortunately, the Navy did not value the product Zeiders brought to the enterprise.
