      Room for improvement

      Pros

      It is a great opportunity to serve those who serve our country. They offer an alternative work schedule to the clinical section wherein the employee works 9 hour days with a 30 minute lunch (compared to 8 with an hour) and every other Friday is an off day. For the non-clinical staff, they easily accrue flex time.

      Cons

      The salary is not at all competitive, yet the company explicitly represents otherwise. For my position it is currently below the area average by $14,000/year. Also, when it comes to career development and trainings, they're on board if they're free. Otherwise, good luck finding room in the budget for that.

      Pros

      Contractor with a long standing placement of people on military bases. Well respected and great reputation. Wonderful positions/placements

      Cons

      Supervisors not actually onsite, so they must rely on those in supervisory roles who are onsite. When there is no one to hold that person accountable, personal agendas can make it easy to get someone removed and make them 'not eligible for rehire' thru Zeiders.
