Zeiders is a company that operates according to its stated norms and values. They are constantly looking for new contract opportunities..

Cons

Little to no upward mobility at the lower levels even after working for several years.. Also the company typically hand picks those who are to advance in positions. The sick time and vacation time offered to full time employees is mediocre.. Salaries are not sufficient for high cost of living areas.

poor pay no increases benefits poor request all holidays off not guaranteed, call center environment, performance levels more important than quality of work provided.
