The mission of helping the military spouses. Cover the cost of certification

Cons

Not a lot of flexibility with work schedule They audit calls and it subjective in what works and doesnt work Management isn’t very responsive to call for questions, but quick to reprimand for a mistake Salary isn’t in alignment with the work They have good work life values, but management doesn’t implement those values

Working for a Federal Contractor - Be Ware

Serving he US Military and or The National Guard population.

Cons

Low Salary Keep the customer satisfied which is the Office of the Secretary of Defense. Intense reporting to keep the contractor happy. Little to no continuing education HR not allowed to assist employees, they postition the office as under authority of one's manager. Treated like a commodity and not a human

Zeiders is committed to their mission of helping the military community and breeds a culture of hiring passionate individuals who are dedicated to that mission as well. The company cares about its employees just as much as they care about the military community members they serve. The executive team/company leadership is very involved in the daily functions of the company which is refreshing from the disconnection of other company leadership teams i have been with. The company has grown a lot over the past few years and with that has come a lot of opportunity for growth and expansion.

Cons

Compensation and benefits are not as competitive as some companies in the area, but they make up for it with their company culture.
