Pros

Great company. Work/life balance. Start with 2 weeks paid vacation, 12 paid federal holidays, plus 5 sick days a year. Work load is usually manageable. Lots of internal training opportunities. Promotes from within as much as possible.

Cons

Long hiring process, so we are constantly operating at an undermanned state due to people leaving and it taking 6 months to get someone new into position.
