A government contractor who values their employees. Incorporates Work/Life balance practices into their mission statements. Although their pay rates are sufficient (neither very high, nor too low), the vacation and sick time compensation they provide is extremely generous (all staff start with 80 hours of vacation and 40 hours of sick time, with an option of either an additional 40 hours of vacation or equivalent of 40 hours of pay reimbursement towards educational costs). A truly altruistic company that proves employees can be treated well without sacrificing customer care.
