      Great company that serves the military community.

      Cons

      Executives and Managers are the worst that I've worked with. They bring in new people to get the people in and terminate the ones that's been there.

      Low Pay. Rewards and salary increases equal across the board regardless of performance. Poor performers are treated the same as employees who excel at their jobs. ZERO accountability.

      The ability to work remotely from home. My wonderful co-workers.

      Cons

      No promotional opportunities. Employees who are experts regarding the SECO contract are routinely ignored for the few promotional opportunities and those who are routinely ignored for promotions are expected to train and/or tolerate the often incompetent management team. Someone (either the client - the government or upper-level management) are either schizophrenic or bipolar.
