      Pros

      Many good lower level employees who care and work hard to deliver on behalf of the company and the customers.

      Cons

      Little understanding of true leadership despite lots of lofty goals and feel good marketing on their website. There also appears to be lots of talk to obscure things from the very top to facilitate job preservation of select senior individuals and advancement of their personal agendas.

      Great work experience with quality people to work with and for. Very professional attitude and interactions.

      Cons

      Despite the professionalism for the company the staff is left to the management of local military staff that may not share the same level of professionalism in their behaviors and attitude.
