      Pros

      Communication flow from leadership to supervisors to employees is excellent. Everyone is very available and responsive by e-mail, phone and chat. Even though employees are located all over the world, senior management makes a real effort to keep in touch and be available without driving us crazy with unnecessary ‘read this’ messages. Work serving military members, spouses and families is very rewarding.

      Cons

      Not really a con, just the reality of this type of work. The work is mostly on government contracts so there are report requirements and efforts to keep the customer happy that just have to be done. Leadership works hard to take on the burden of these efforts so the employees can work with the actual people we are here to help.

      Pros

      Telework available depending on the position. CEO seems to be out of touch with what really goes on in the various business units.

      Cons

      Reports and more reports. Lack of focus on what matters. Managers in positions where they're either incompetent or demand arbitrary reporting in an effort to please a vague government mandate. 401K sucks. Have to be invested through end of plan year, then get company matching finally added to your account sometime in March the following year. Health benefits mediocre and not too cheap. Not a "quality of life" company when you live in paranoia that you will be replaced by the next sucker to take the job
