      Pros

      Culture. They are truly about building a great culture. They also promote from within which is a huge benefit for people looking to move up in their careers.

      Cons

      Haven't ran into a con yet. It is a competitive business but that is normal in any sales type job.

      Great atmosphere. Upper management is the best I ever worked for. I have been in automotive sales business for 20 plus years and hands down ZEIGLER is the best I worked for. I go to work everyday proud and excited. It is a great feeling..

      This is the best auto group I have ever worked for! Great leadership and awesome culture. They treat you great and give you all the tools you need to be successful. Very competitive pay plans and benefits!
