Pros
One of the best reasons to work at Zeigler Auto Group is the flexibility it gives you to balance work and personal time without being stretched in difference directions. This company allows you to work around your schedule by coming in early or staying late or even coming in on Saturday's to help make up time missed during the week.
Cons
The only thing I disagree with is their sick/vacation time. It's all roped into one and you can't use a week of it because you have to get paid out on your anniversary. I would much rather use that week of pay when I am off work due to illness and can't afford to miss that much time without pay.
