      Executive letdown

      Pros

      Room to move within company, likes to promote internally. Some perks like catered month end lunch, 3 o'clock summer fridays

      Cons

      Little communication from executive team regarding company changes. Recent merger was communicated to employees via a very uninformative town hall and vague email blast. Company continues to acquire other companies without gaining staff to support workload. Employees are on overload with no plans to address the problem.

Our recent town hall was a quick welcome celebration, thank you to all associates and complemented our formal press release. We expect leaders and associates are speaking on a regular basis. Regarding your advice to management, we encourage you to share your specific suggestions with your Zelis senior leader or People Operations business partner.

      In it for the long haul...

      Pros

      I love working at Zelis. The environment is open, friendly and encouraging. I started with this company after a 33 year career in retail, knowing virtually nothing about health care. The training at that time was a little overwhelming, but I was able to learn and keep learning! This company nurtures ideas and encourages people to think outside the box and recognizes the innovators, giving credit where credit is due. The 'family' vibe is amazing and the associates do care about each other-it is very refreshing!

      Cons

      Because we are growing so quickly, it sometimes seems as if we can't get out of our own way. Change is usually a slow process and sometimes that is a frustration, but you just need to keep at it.
