Pros

Friendly group of co-workers. Everyone was generally polite.

Cons

We were supposed to call physicians to give them an alternative to getting receivables faster. A sound cash-flow valid business reason but then the company that was supposed to populate the fields as to the names, addresses and other vital payment information failed to provide the need information.. So new folks had to research about 7 or 8 websites in a data search to get the information. S instead of doing what we were hired to do we had to be research experts and fill in the information that was supposed to be provided up front. Then then knuckleheads had the gall to blame US for not processing payments. They continued to threaten us as we struggled with endless websites and then they picked and chose who received the completed information accounts. The rest of us swam up stream until we were bounced out the door! Unprofessional and deplorable! It's a "churn and burn" operation from stem to stern!

Pros

The work is easy, because the company is so bloated that you just sit around looking for things to do.

Cons

Culture. Higher ups don't care about security at all. Senior leadership is fire happy. They can't figure out that the reason they can't build a security program is because of themselves. Security issues will be sent to them and they blatantly ignore them.

This is the worst job I have ever had

Management is horrible. Micromanaging, passive aggressive, and down right mean. I laughed at the review that said “thorough training”. There is barely any training but you are expected to know everything. The systems you need to do your job don’t work constantly. My mental health has declined significantly since starting this job. They break you down, but they don’t build you back up. The negative reviews are all true. Stay far away from this place. No one knows what anyone is doing, you have to know someone to be someone, and there is little to no growth opportunities. They pay is garbage for what is required if you. It’s not worth it.
