      Pros

      From my first day everyone, even outside of my team, was helpful. The main goal is to help the company and each other succeed. The work is challenging and everyone is proud of the work they do. There is an open door policy which helps to move things thru the process.

      Cons

      Zelis is a growing company, so there are some growing pains. However, because of the growth there is a lot of opportunity.

      Pros

      I have worked at Zelis for over five years and am continuously impressed with the work environment and culture. There is a definite move to push for career advancement which is exciting in our growing environment. Lastly, the people. The associates at Zelis are one of a kind and not only have a strong work ethic, but are really great at being a team.

      Cons

      Few to little. In a company that is growing as fast as Zelis I think it is to be expected that processes are still being flushed out, but ultimately the organization has done a really great job at adapting to the speed of our growth.
