      Pros

      Laid back culture. Expectations for success are high but you won't be micromanaged here. Exposure to senior leadership. Family like culture.

      Cons

      New company, lack of processes and procedure. This can be a pro for some depending on what you are looking for in your career search.

      Pros

      Amazing mentors, really a great place to work. Came in as someone without any background of the complex industry and now feel extremely well versed and confident when speaking with current/potential clients. The employers here really take the time to ensure you are properly prepared to succeed.

      Pros

      Fairly new employee, in the first 90 days... Great company with a lot of really friendly people. Amazing work life balance, good PTO and holiday schedule. Company is growing quickly and lots of opportunities to get involved and grow within.

      Cons

      Company is expanding quickly (hiring!!) so there are some re-orgs and changes that are still works in progress. Normal growing pains that all companies that are expanding have.
