      Pros

      summer hours, food day, company parties.

      Cons

      Everything else. Entry Level, more like you will get stuck. They claim to be a company about growth, but that not true. Manager will lie to your face and even hold you back if it benefits them. So much unnecessary drama. Some Manager seem to be clueless as what it means to be a manager. If you lucky, you might get in one of those department that get to work from home time to time.

      Company doing well, great coworkers. They are trying to improve the culture there but there is still much work to do.

      3pm Friday release Work from home options, if your department allows.

      Management tried to withhold my final paycheck after I submitted my two weeks notice. Totally unprofessional and unacceptable. After years of commitment I was taken aback by the greed and vengeance Zelis leadership had. Keep an eye out for yourself and be your own advocate at all times because they will not be on your side in the end.
