Cons

IT teams are overworked and understaffed. Systems compromised on multiple occasions while there. IT leadership not local and very dismissive of reports of issues in infrastructure.

Zelis is a great place to work! My team is great to work with. The compensation is very competitive, the executive leadership is fantastic, and the growth of the company has been tremendous.

Cons

Middle management is hit or miss depending on which team you’re in.
