      Awesome culture. Great work life balance. Good pay. Working remote is the best.

      Starting is difficult as training and everything is remote.

      Good People, okay company

      Pros

      Pretty good 401K, benefits are getting better, time off is good depending on your manager. Was a good place to learn and then move on to better things.

      Cons

      Salary raises are rare and expect to get paid well below your worth. Management can be hit or miss. Some people there really do care about you and your growth others could care less. Company keeps buying up smaller companies even though internally they are in no position to.
