Smart, caring colleagues. I enjoy working with my team on a daily basis because they are all experts in their space and appreciate the flexible hybrid model we have. We're only required to go into the office a few times a month, opposed to a few times a week like most other companies out there.

Cons

It's super fast paced; not everyone can handle the speed in which we like to get things done. There are pieces of the business where we're still working on figuring out the global model and building the train tracks while driving the train.

Remote and the salary only pros.

Cons

The role was a total bait and switch as I was hired for one position but given different set of responsibilities. This is a sink-or-swim culture where you receive zero training, mentorship, or guidance on how to succeed. Leadership is purely transactional and treats employees like workers who must obey without question rather than valued contributors. Also clearly offshoring very aggressively, with the vast majority of the team being moved to India. Very toxic. I would avoid.
