Zelis is a roll-up of several acquisitions. While they do a good job integrating, some things are silo'd base on where you land.

Pros

Great, healthy company culture. In my experience, managers are understanding and respectful of personal boundaries and work/life balance. Like any job, the work-load varies day to day, but overall, it is manageable.

Cons

Everyone is extremely friendly and complimentary, but when it comes down to compensation, it doesn't always add up. It's tough to see bragging about profits and growth and not give that back to employees who deserve and ask for a salary that matches job title and work-load.
