      As im a single mom it pains me when i dont have time for my children until i realise to work at home with Zelis will help me to give my children enough time..

      Cons

      Some times it make me lazy to work at home because im too much comfortable.

      Remote work availability. Somewhat flexible schedule.

      Cons

      Several acquisitions in the past few years so a lot of change within the organization from C-level executives to system and process changes. Poor communication throughout the organization from corporate to departmental.

      Look elsewhere if you have an ounce of talent

      Pros

      Work from home so you don't have look at your incompetent boss in IT Infrastructure.

      Cons

      Mostly immature leadership with Woke Agenda. CTO is a joke and demands loyalty, but eliminates any who oppose his direction. IT leadership members are not qualified for the jobs and are all linked back to the CTO. Large investment in India operations in IT that are going to replace positions in the US.
