Zelis is a roll-up of several acquisitions. While they do a good job integrating, some things are silo'd base on where you land.

Pros

The choice to join Zelis was the best leap I ever made. Even when work is tough, teams do work well together. Great pay, regularly new benefits, and perks. Associates recruit to bring their colleagues, friends, and family in - great referral incentive program too.

Cons

Should be able to cope with regular change: if you can't, this isn't the place for you. Problem-solving is expected - if you expect someone else to figure out solutions for you, this isn't the place for you.
