      Pros

      Competitive compensation and flexibility for remote work. Lots of forward momentum at the company. Great culture. Positive energy, for the most part. I definitely feel valued as a contributor to the organization. Feels like we're headed in the right direction.

      Cons

      Although the benefits have improved, we still have a long way to go to be competitive. Need significant improvements in both healthcare and dental coverage.

      Pros

      Some of the standards: remote work, flexible schedule, onsite opportunities, free lunches, Zelis Cares Fridays (done at 3pm EST)... Zelis is a great opportunity for those who are good with a fast paced environment and changing priorities. If you're not flexible it isn't for you. Most days are not the same. The people are fantastic and really care about what they do. Collaboration is championed to breakdown silos and bring the best ideas to the forefront. If you work hard and put yourself out there you are rewarded in many different ways including advancement opportunities. Leadership is very transparent with everything that's going on.

      Cons

      Understaffed in many areas where there is a lot of work that needs to get done which can be frustrating and cause people to work too much and burnout. On-boarding is not standardized and can be difficult.
