      Pros

      People - I work with a great team. We all work remote at this time but we work well together. We are supportive of each other. Could not ask for a better team. As a recruiter I enjoy working with the different depts. and hiring managers. Everyone has truly helped me better understand the organization and the importance of what we do for our clients.

      Cons

      This is not really a con but more of an observation. The company is ever changing and evolving. If you like to be part of growth and change then you will do well here. If change is hard for you then Zelis might not be the best fit for you at this time. I honestly like the thought behind moving forward and striving to be better and better each day. In the world we live in today If we stay in one place for too long we might not be around tomorrow.

      Pros

      #1 is the people- I work with some pretty cool people The growth opportunity- if you show interest in growth you will grow! The leadership- Since our new CEO things seem to have improved. We have a strong ELT Team The office location- The St. Petersburg office is brand new and beautiful! They did an amazing job Fun activities- Between Top Golf to field days, all locations have fun events usually once a quarter. Did I mention free lunches??

      Growing pains. We are a rapid growing company and that means some growing pains. Better alignment - I know there are things in the works to help this
