I want to work for an organization that is financially positioned to grow, and who really do believe that their people are the reason for the success of the company. Zelis is this company. Sure, there are growing pains that challenge the way we operate some days, but the great thing is that Zelis continues to evolve and be on the leading edge. There are exciting times ahead for Zelis and personally, I am thrilled to continue my career aspirations and development with this organization. It is okay to be challenged and taken out of my comfort zone as long as Zelis continues to treat me fair and equally as they have the past two years.
I just read some of the negative reviews on Zelis and am shocked that there are some people in this organization that are so frustrated and dissatisfied. My first question is why have you not made changes then? Why are you making it sound like everyone feels the same way you do? We are all in control of our lives and our career. We need to personally lead the change that is healthy for us. Find your happiness instead of trying to bring others down with you
