Good pay, provided equipment, continued learning opportunities, encouraging team/management who really wanted to see you excel. referred to mistakes as coaching opportunities instead of making you feel like you did something bad

Cons

The cons for me came down to personal preference. I wanted to be in a position where I could get in front of people at the time where this job was a remote opportunity.
