Team Spirit, fun and healthy work environment, ability to take part in a variety of projects and see your ideas going forward. Formal dress code, group activities with the whole company at least once a month.

Cons

Career / contract depends on company's titles' success and there can be a very high turnover due to business requirements

Great peers to work with, benefits and atmosphere.

Cons

Terrible upper management, and rules apply to some and not others, PTO is exactly that, no sick or personal days, pay is not a fare wage.
