Pros

Easy to get a job here as a graduate. Easy to get to the office. Easy work and hours are fine.

Cons

There isn't a lot of structure for career development. The atmosphere is heavy and de motivating. It isn't a nice environment but we get in with it.

Pros

Traveling to Ireland was an amazing experience. It was great to meet all of the new employees from across the world as well as the management team. The program was very organized with activities throughout the day, and the hotel was wonderful!

Cons

All of the material was useful but I would have absorbed more if some of the lectures were more interactive.

Firstly, thank you for taking the time to complete a Zenith Glassdoor review. Due to this being our first global graduate induction your feedback on this is important when planning to improving this scheme in the future. As Zenith covers so many topics, trying to fit it all in to one week was difficult. This may be why some of the lectures were lacking interaction but we are currently working on how to improve this in the future. Overall, we are glad you enjoyed the overall experience!
