work from home is great

I never leave reviews but this is the most unproffessional company I've ever worked for. I knew from the interview process that this is not a great company. It is a very unoraganized company. They do not treat their employees well. Training is the worst training I've ever experienced.

Pros

+ nice people, helpful community + dinner events and happy hours

Cons

- complete lack of connection between management and staff. - disorganized roadmap and workload. every day is a roller coaster. - not competitive pay, especially for the amount of work that comes with a "fast growing company" - poor training for most departments - policies and promises are touch and go, no integrity behind management

Pros

Good place to learn from coworkers.

Cons

Management is in meetings all day, and they talk about change but nothing ever happens. The pay increases are pennies. The pay is not worth the headache. If you do get a promotion to a higher position, the upper management won't give you a raise because "you are now not qualified for the new position". They don't appreciate employees who go above and beyond. If trump passes the no tax on overtime, then this might be the place to work... (might)
