In general the people are great and willing to go out of their way to help. Management is very active on the production floor and tries to resolve any issues quickly

Very fast paced production with a lot of manual labor involved.

Time goes by pretty fast. Provides a lot of troubleshooting experience.

Cons

Short staff so you have to handle 2 people's jobs. Equipment known to short out and require constant maintenance. Some days the work doesn't even out to the pay.
