Ziegler Has a great company culture. They try not to waste your time as an employee and are very accepting. Main office is very nice.

Pros

I was able to use many EHS software systems to help benefit the company and visit multiple locations. I had great benefits for healthcare and I was able to have accommodations when I became severely sick. The team all contributes in their own way and comes together as needed. Worked with multiple departments to further my career development.

Cons

Change in management. Specific job was experimental at the time. Role responsibilities delegated led to poor performance due to lack of training
