      Pros

      Non-discriminative equal opportunity employment. Not much high stress pushing around from the management. There's not someone following you around always telling you how to do your job after you have been trained in already. They are also quite flexible with my schedule.

      Cons

      Not many, certainly nobody is perfect. Nothing really bothers me much unless someone is always telling me what to do or trying to control me, so I can't complain.
