      Pros

      I am fortunate to have worked at Ziff since 2018. Since I began, the company culture has changed dramatically, for the better. There are so many opportunities to shine and network within the company, through Mentorloops, Employee Resource Groups, Wellness Events, and more. The benefits are fabulous and you get a lot of support career wise within the company.

      Cons

      Ziff Davis has a great family (parental/maternity) leave plan, but more time with a family member, especially a new child is always appreciated.

      I've worked at a number of companies over the course of my career, and Ziff Davis is by far the most innovative and high functioning environment I've worked in.

      Pros

      Ziff Davis is a great company with strong leadership. I get to work with a great team and work on some very cool technologies. The company has great brands, good benefits and offers the flexibility to work remotely.

      Cons

      Tough to get hired, it takes some time and they have very high standards.
