Pros

Great place to grow. Great culture. Management is generally receptive to new ideas and solutions. Provides job-related training including free access to Udemy. Unlimited time-off though subject to management approval which is expected.

Cons

Medical benefits is not too bad but could have been better or at least on par with most small to medium size companies. High stress environment due to very limited resource especially when there's new acquisition.
